I was going to lie and say this was from today (I wish I ate this today) but it’s a week old. I can still imagine the taste, for what it’s worth, and that taste was tasty. It was like breakfast nachos! scrambled eggies and red beans - moist with mole - on top of a bed o’ chips. a righteous crunch to start my day.
