LOOK AT MY LUNCH

So, my office’s cafeteria is under new owners. I was extremely skeptical at first, only going for breakfast to get some toast and an egg. It just looks and feels the same. The last people who ran it had lots of characters working there, but nothing that appeared to be actual food. Everything was made out of a powder mix. Gross. Ah, but now we have what appears to be at least edible food with a whole different cast of characters. They’ve started the menu off small and have said it will grow. I went with the tuna salad sandwich with potato salad and a cookie. Tuna salad was pretty good, some fresh veggies on top with some yellow mustard. It had celery in it which is cheap filler if you ask me but I’d probably eat it again. The potato salad was alright, but the cookie was where it was at. It was my perfect chocolate chip cookie, lots of chips, but almost not cooked in the middle. Thick and squishy. Just like me.
