Bun Mi - Minneapolis, MN
A delicious one, this. After days & days of mexicali delights (couldn’t figure out how to post via my newfangled phone), I’m back in the saddle at home and ready to rediscover old & forgotten faves. Bun Mi _ not really one of either category - is a place I’ve been to once prior, and its killer & cheap. This time I opted for the lemongrass chick sand, which comes with a mystery sauce (kinda mayo-y), pickled carrots & peppers and such. Very nice. The place itself has been crammed / jammed each time, so this might have to remain a to go sorta place… Regradless: a tight jam.
