Why on EARTH would I jam a big ol’ burrito lunch the day before departing for the land of all things burrito??? Great question. I guess I just wanna be sure my tolerance for rad burritos is high for the week ahead & while I’m at it should probably be certain that my stomach is nicely stretched-out for my impending Mission meals. Back in the present: I got the roasted pork option with all the usual toppinz, and it was fantastic. My stomach is sufficiently stretched & my appetite is cemented. Stay tuned.
