Punch Pizza - Minneapolis, MN
It should come as a surprise to none that I love Punch Pizza, if only cuz I (seemingly) eat there all the time. What’s not been adequately represented by me (on my plate) is there amazingly awesome salad offerings. Today I struck out to change all that by ordering the Punch Salad, photographing it, and then presenting it here. This leafy thing includes pine nuts, parmesan, prosciutto on mixkt greenz w/ a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Some nice foccacia is there on the side, topped w/ sea salt & rosemary. Had a little too much dressing for my taste, tho the extra lemonyness of it all was a treat. Would highly recommend this lunch!!!
