Señor Wong - Saint Paul, MN
I’m “at home” “sick” today from job, which of course actually means I’m out taking an excellent lunch trip (instead of tending to taxes). I stretched over to StP for this one, at a locale I love so well: Señor Wong. They have good asian eats, I’m sure, but every ime i’m here I opt for the mexi-things. My lunch today was 3 chicken tinga tostadas, each covered with ample heaps o’ cheese & salsa. I didn’t think I’d get thru the 3rd one, but….I did. Yum.
