In my world brunch on a Sunday afternoon still counts as lunch. Sage is a restaurant we have frequented many times, usually for delicious pastries on Saturday mornings. This morning we decided to treat ourselves to their brunch. It turned out to be a good decision. Spinach and gorgonzola omelet with roasted red potatoes & a side of fresh fruit. All were delicious. Perfect for a lazy Sunday. After the meal we destroyed some amazing strawberry shortcake. Oh yeah.
