Jaime - 6/11/2009 Tanpopo - St. Paul, MN Tanpopo inspires me — most dayz, I just wolf down my lunch, forgetting to snap a pic, but the meals here are so pretty! Today I tried their cold udon salad topped with cucumber, eggs, mushroom, tofu & seaweed. Just after taking this shot, I put the tempura on top, along with the entire cup-o-sauce, and wolfed down dem dere noodlez. deeeee-lish
