Chris, 6/11/2009 Smash Burger - St Anthony, MN I’d be lying if I said this was the first time I’ve been to Smash Burger, which is a bit distressing since its only been open about a week. But then again I’ve been on a unheralded greasy / fried stuff kick, and this fits in nicely. Thankfully (?) its actually awesome. I ordered the Classic Smashburg (lettuce, ketch, must, smash sauce & american cheese on a yummy egg bun; hold the pickle, tomato & onion) with a side of Smashfries (FROZEN fries - bummer, I know - with hints of rosemary, olive oil & garlic) and a syrupy diet coke to drink. Pretty righteous. Now I need a cookie…
