Wednesday is live salad day at Soul Vegetarian and needless to say Wednesdays are good days. Big globs of TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein), Seaweed, & Bean Curd Noodles over a bed of romaine. It’s a cold salad, the TVP tasted like potato salad, the seaweed is seasoned to perfection and the bean curd is the best part, like macaroni salad with a light italian dressing mixed in. On the side is the totally irresistible, internationally known, mac-n-cheese. Thank you Soul Veg.
