On foot at job today, which makes my options a bit limited. Remembering the Disaster of May 18, I looked no further than the lovely, overly garlic-y & always yummy Zakia. Instead of my normal jamz, I went with a build-my-own turkey sand, w/ a smidge o’ mayo, some swiss, some lettuce & some red pepper hummus on their own delish homemade bun. As for the side item, I went with full-on potatoes. These peppery roasted / fried (I think they were honestly both!!) thangz were a true delight.
