Mini Cafeteria in New Leaf Market, Tallahassee, Florida
It may not look like much, but this lunch packed a mighty wallop. Tofu hunks, sesame seeds, carrots, some whole wheat croots (croutons), onions and some other junk over a bed of romaine & spinach, topped off with some Annie’s Goddess Dressing that you would punch an angry baboon for. On the side was a bowl of black beans and rice which had a slight smokey flavor. I scarfed efficiently. It was all delicious. To quote Indiana Jones & the Last Crusade, “You (that would be me) have chosen…wisely.”
