Romocky Bratz (Farmer’s Market) - Saint Paul, MN
Sprintime is here, the town’s alive, and the farmer’s market is back up & tumblin’. While there are many amazing things to be bought at the market (bison products, flowers, veggies), my absolute favorite reason to visit is for the fabulous Romocky Bratz (their use of ‘z’ & I love them for it). Romocky is a man, and he makes these brats himself, sets up on the corner & grills ‘em. Did I mention they’re cheese filled? They’re cheese filled! It’s so totally decadent that I only allow myself one per month thereabouts. Super duper unreal.
