this salad is why I want to have a restaurant called “toppins”. there are seven pieces of lettuce with a huge mound of magic on top: skipjack tuna, goat cheese, pear, asparagus, walnuts, parsley and brown rice. I’m about to pour myself some red wine and have seconds.
