Eastside Co-op - Minneapolis, MN
Picked up lunch today from my new neighborhood co-op, Eastside. As much as I’ll miss the ole Mississippi Market Co-op in Saint Paul, my new jam has some seriously tasty deli items (their pizza is off the hook). Cruised in there today & got this unreal thang: Kung Pao Tofu (!!!!!!!!!) over brown rice (w/ cashews) (!!!!!!!!).
